JUST IN: Former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Engr. Babachir David Lawal, joins the NDC. Babachir Lawal was received into the party by the National Leader, Senator Henry Seriake Dickson, members of the NWC on behalf of the presidential candidate, H.E. Peter Gregory Obi, and his running mate, H.E. Rabiu Kwankwaso.
