Did Rotimi Amaechi play a bigger role than Bola Ahmed Tinubu in making Muhammadu Buhari president?

@chibuike-rotimi-amaechi rejected claims by @bola-ahmed-tinubu that he solely made Muhammadu Buhari president in 2015. He said Buhari’s victory was a collective effort, noting he played a major role as campaign DG and mobilised support nationwide while several others also contributed.
