We’ll talk to everybody, including terrorists, to end insecurity — Kwankwaso

Rabiu Kwankwaso says an @peter-gregory-obi-led administration would be open to talks with terrorists and other criminal groups as part of efforts to end insecurity. He also said many affected communities know the attackers but are often afraid to share information with security agencies.
