Delta commissioner breaks down in tears, kneels before Oborevwori after swearing-in

Newly sworn-in Delta State Commissioner, Moses Ogodo-Ali Nomeh, became emotional after taking the oath of office and attempted to kneel before Governor Sheriff Francis Orohwedor Oborevwori (JP) in appreciation. The governor stopped him, urging him to stand and reminding him that public service is a shared responsibility.
