With 80-year-old grandfathers now caught supplying hard drugs to secondary school kids in Abia, who should we blame for this great wickedness?

The NDLEA has arrested two elderly grandfathers, aged 84 and 75, in Umuahia, Abia State, for selling dangerous drugs like tramadol directly to secondary school students. One of these old men was even caught using a 15-year-old student inside a school compound to distribute the drugs to other kids.
