Nigeria’s consumer watchdog, the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, says complaints mostly come from telecom, energy and fintech sectors. The agency, led by Tunji Bello, revealed it has recovered over ₦20bn for consumers while investigating pricing practices across several industries.
