What’s your take on the indefinite adjournment of the African Democratic Congress leadership suit?

The Federal High Court in Abuja has indefinitely adjourned the suit challenging the leadership of the African Democratic Congress under @david-alechenu-bonaventure-mark after the plaintiff requested the case be reassigned to another judge.
