What should the government do about the bandits' demands for the release of the kidnapped Oyo students?

Oyo Assembly Speaker Adebo Edward Ogundoyin says terrorists holding abducted schoolchildren and teachers are demanding weapons, money, and concessions on future Nigerian laws for their release. He warned that negotiating with them would only embolden terrorists and encourage more attacks.
