Should the Federal Government make Tax Identification Numbers (TIN) mandatory for all taxpayers in Nigeria?

The NRS and JRB have introduced a unified Tax ID system for all taxpayers in Nigeria to improve tax collection, transparency, and record management. Organisations using the old TIN system are expected to migrate to the new platform.
