Must teachers go on strike before action is taken?

Following Aisha Yesufu’s call for @ezenwo-nyesom-wike-con to intervene, FCT teachers have begun an indefinite strike over unpaid entitlements, delayed promotions, and an unimplemented August 2025 report. The question remains: must education always pause before action happens?
