Does the wave of governors joining APC strengthen or weaken Nigeria’s democracy?

With APC now controlling 28 states after Plateau’s governor defected and more possibly joining concerns are rising about opposition strength ahead of 2027. Is this consolidation a sign of political maturity or a worrying imbalance?
