Do you think the restoration of electricity after the national grid collapse has been handled effectively?

Following the collapse of the National grid that resulted in power outage nationwide, the Nigerian Independent system Operator NISO says system restoration has commenced with electricity supply already restored to Abuja, Osogbo, Benin, Onitsha and parts of Lagos as well as Niger states.
