Was Omoyele Sowore’s arrest during the protest a fair move or an abuse of power?

Police spokesperson Benjamin Hundeyin said Sowore was arrested for allegedly leading protesters into a restricted area during a pro-Nnamdi Kanu demonstration, adding that it would be unfair to charge others while leaving out their leader.
