Former Kaduna governor Nasir El-Rufai has threatened a ₦15.6bn lawsuit against the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission over alleged illegal detention and defamatory statements, accusing the agency of abuse of office and malicious prosecution.
