Abia State Governor Alex Otti has warned that anyone planning to rig the 2027 governorship election or manipulate results should “write their will.” He made the remark during a monthly media briefing at the Government House in Umuahia. Otti, who was elected in 2023 under the Labour Party, is currently serving his first term.
