Can transparency improve service delivery?

Former Chairman of the Senate Committee on Health and Chairman of the NHIA, Ibrahim Yahaya Oloriegbe, says though corruption remains a major obstacle to effective service delivery country, making accountability which is transparency our culture will make service delivery effective and relevant.
