Can community action end gender-based violence?

The Lagos State Government has launched a Community Dialogue Committee to tackle sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) at the grassroots engaging traditional, youth, and religious leaders to strengthen response and prevention systems. Can community-driven action truly end gender-based violence in Lagos?
