Zaiyanu Shehu

Zaiyanu Shehu is the current Chairman of Bunza Local Government Area, Kebbi State, under the All Progressives Congress (APC). He assumed office in 2024 when new local government chairmen were sworn in. As LGA Chairman, Shehu has been publicly involved in security and community-welfare efforts, especially responding to bandit attacks and communal conflicts in Bunza. His leadership comes at a time of notable insecurity in parts of Kebbi, and he has been active in coordinating relief efforts and working with state government interventions for stability in the area.
