Vincent Osilonya

Chief Vincent Osilonya is the PDP-elected Executive Chairman of Ndokwa East LGA, Delta State, since July 2024. His administration’s slogan (or guiding theme) is “Resetting Ndokwa East for More”. In his first year, he has delivered dozens of projects including open stores, classroom blocks, water schemes, market revitalization, support for security agencies, and public infrastructure.
