Victor Iorzaa

Hon. Victor Iorzaa is the Caretaker Chairman of Ukum Local Government Area, Benue State, who took office in early 2024 following the removal of his predecessor over allegations of mismanagement. His tenure has been marked by active involvement in security matters: including confronting extortion by bandits in Ukum and coordinated crises involving herdsmen and criminal elements. Iorzaa has also called for transparency, accountability, and respect for due process in local government administration.
