Hon. Uchenna Stephen Igwe is the Commissioner for Local Government & Chieftaincy Matters in Ebonyi State under the APC. A grassroots development advocate, he previously led the Ebonyi Development Centre, transforming rural infrastructure and empowerment. Since 2023, he has overseen reconciliation and peaceful chieftaincy transitions, extending Governor Nwifuru’s People’s Charter of Needs to local institutions.
