Terseer Ugbor is a first‑term federal legislator representing Kwande/Ushongo Federal Constituency in Benue State under the APC. Born 20 May 1981, he holds a B.Sc. in Sociology and a diploma in management. A recognized expert in climate adaptation and waste recycling, he serves as Deputy Chairman of the House Committee on Environment and chairs the Ad‑hoc Committee on Student Loans. He advocates for sustainable development, climate finance, and educational reforms.

Professional Background
Before joining politics, Ugbor worked in sustainability and circular economy. He is recognized as an environmental sustainability expert and solar/waste recycling consultant.
