Target Isaiah Segibo

Hon. Target Isaiah Segibo is the current Executive Chairman of Southern Ijaw LGA, Bayelsa State, elected in April 2024 under the PDP. A former member of the Bayelsa State House of Assembly (1999-2003) and a secondary school graduate from SISSO, Segibo campaigned on promises including improved security, environmental protection, education, and infrastructure. Since taking office, he has been active in addressing oil spill impacts, urging youth development, and preparing a sizable budget focused on essential services and welfare for Southern Ijaw communities.
