Sani Ahmad Mai Rago

Sani Ahmad Mai Rago is the Chairman of Dawakin Kudu Local Government Area in Kano State and a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC). A grassroots political actor, he oversees local governance functions in one of Kano’s key agricultural LGAs. His leadership focuses on community development, primary healthcare, rural infrastructure, water access, and support for farmers. He is recognised for his engagement with traditional institutions, youth groups, and community stakeholders across Dawakin Kudu’s wards.
