Sagir Usman

Sagir Usman is the Chairman of Gabasawa Local Government Area in Kano State and a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC). Leading one of Kano’s key agrarian LGAs, he oversees primary healthcare, agricultural development, water access, and rural infrastructure projects. Known for his community presence and engagement with traditional institutions, his administration reflects the grassroots-driven governance system that shapes political leadership across rural Kano.
