Jolly Tavoro Nyame is a Nigerian cleric and politician who served as the first civilian Governor of Taraba State (1992–1993) under the Social Democratic Party, and later as a two-term Governor under the Peoples Democratic Party (1999–2007). He was later convicted for corruption-related offences after leaving office, serving a prison term before being granted a presidential pardon in 2022.
