Prof. Rasaki Ojo Bakare is Ekiti State’s Commissioner for Arts, Culture and Creative Economy, re‑appointed in 2023. A preeminent scholar and practitioner, he is Nigeria’s first Professor of Choreography and Performing Aesthetics, former Dean and academic leader at FUOYE, and former Artistic Director of the Abuja Carnival.
