Professor Prince Chinedu Mmom is an accomplished environmental geographer and academic from Omuanwa, Rivers State. With a Ph.D. from the University of Calabar and a lasting professorship at UniPort, he has held leadership roles such as Dean of Social Sciences and Commissioner for Education. Appointed in August 2025, he serves as the inaugural Vice‑Chancellor of the Federal University of Environment and Technology, Ogoni bringing a legacy of scholarly achievement and service in environmental planning and education.
