Phillip Tanimu Aduda is a Nigerian politician who represented the Federal Capital Territory in the Senate from 2011 to 2023 under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). A native of Bwari Area Council, he began his political career as Chairman of Karu Local Government before serving as a two-term Member of the House of Representatives. Known for his grassroots connection and philanthropy, Aduda focused on education, health, and infrastructure in FCT communities. He served as Senate Minority Whip (2021–2023) and remains one of the longest-serving representatives of the FCT in Nigeria’s legislature.
