Dr. Oluebube Amarauche Chukwu is the Senior Special Assistant to the Abia State Governor on Due Process and Head of the State’s Due Process & Public Procurement Bureau. Tasked with ensuring transparent, accountable, and efficient procurement systems, he has led reforms to embed due process in government projects, introduced oversight committees, and publicly advocated for fiscal responsibility across the administration.
