Olalekan Olu Akindipe

Hon. Olalekan Olu Akindipe, popularly known as “Lampholder,” is the current Executive Chairman of Ajeromi-Ifelodun Local Government Area in Lagos State, elected on the All Progressives Congress (APC) platform. Born and raised in Ajegunle, he holds a degree in Public Administration from the University of Lagos. His leadership emphasises grassroots empowerment, infrastructure renewal, educational support, and welfare programmes aligned with national and state development agendas. Known for his accessibility and community-centred governance, Akindipe champions inclusive projects and transformative initiatives across the local government.
