Mark Bako Useni is the APC Member of the 10th House of Representatives for Takum/Donga/Ussa Federal Constituency. A former Speaker of the Taraba State House of Assembly, he holds a PhD in Mass Communication and previously served in local government and as state health commissioner. Since his election in April 2023, he has sponsored key legislation and overseen over 88 constituency projects across his areas.
