Mallam Lukman Olayinka Garba

Mallam Lukman Olayinka Garba (Hon.) is the Executive Chairman of Ilorin East Local Government Area in Kwara State and an APC officeholder. Since assuming the chairmanship following the local government elections, his administration has focused on community infrastructure, court and civic facility upgrades, youth empowerment, and local security projects.
