Ken Ugwu Nnamani is a Nigerian politician, businessman, and statesman who represented Enugu East Senatorial District from 2003 to 2007. He became the President of the Senate of Nigeria in 2005 after Adolphus Wabara’s resignation, serving until 2007. Widely respected for his role in stopping the controversial “Third Term Agenda” of President Olusegun Obasanjo, Nnamani is remembered as one of the most principled legislative leaders of Nigeria’s Fourth Republic. Originally a PDP senator, he later joined the APC, where he continues to play an advisory role in governance and democracy promotion.
