Hon. Kelvin A. Iyere is the Executive Chairman of Esan Central Local Government Area in Edo State. A grassroots leader from Ward 4 (Eidenu) of the LGA, he assumed acting chairmanship in December 2024 and has since emphasised infrastructure in education (classroom construction), community welfare (widows’ support) and security (motorcycle donation to local security corps). He is aligned with the APC and positions his leadership around youth, women and agricultural development.
