Jude Chikadibia Okpor

Engr. Jude Chikadibia Okpor is the (former / current) Commissioner for Information & State Orientation in Ebonyi State. As an engineer by training (title “Engr.”), he has been involved in public communication, orientation programmes, and addressing media controversies—such as justifying large government expenditures (e.g. on vehicles). He is known for public visibility and engagement, and possibly transitioned to a different portfolio (Rural Development) in a later reshuffle.
