Joe Aniku Michael Ohiani is the Director-General of Nigeria’s Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC), confirmed by the Senate in July 2022. A native of Kogi State and a trained lawyer, he brings more than two decades of experience in legal advisory, governance, and public-private partnerships (PPP). Ohiani has served in key roles at the Debt Management Office and ICRC, where he now leads efforts to regulate and expand Nigeria’s infrastructure delivery through PPPs.
