Ja’afaru Mohammed is the APC legislator for Agwara/Borgu, Niger State. First elected to the Green Chamber in 2019 and re-elected in 2023, he serves on the House Committees for Works, Water Resources and Agricultural Colleges. A former council chairman dubbed “Road-Builder,” he channels constituency projects into feeder-road grading, solar boreholes and rice-mill empowerment schemes, publishing an annual Rural Works Scorecard on his Facebook page.
