Ishmael Onuoha

Mr. Ishmael Onuoha serves as the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Cooperative Societies in Abia State, appointed in July 2023. As coordinator of the state’s cooperative societies portfolio, he oversees initiatives such as the Cooperative Support Scheme, including the strategic disbursement of interest-free loans to micro-entrepreneurs across 184 wards. He plays a key role in aligning grassroots empowerment with state development priorities.
