Ifeanyi Godwin Ararume is a Nigerian businessman and politician who represented Imo North in the Senate from 1999 to 2007. A founding member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Imo State, he later joined the All Progressives Congress (APC). He has contested the governorship of Imo State multiple times, earning a reputation as a resilient political figure. Ararume also served as Chairman of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) Board, where he contributed to Nigeria’s telecommunications reforms.
