Hussaini Aliyu Bena

Hussaini Aliyu Bena is the current Chairman of Danko/Wasagu Local Government Area in Kebbi State. As LGA Chairman, he has led responses to serious security challenges — including attacks on villages, farms, and a 2025 church abduction — working with state authorities and security agencies to restore order. He has publicly credited improved security measures for allowing displaced communities to return home and farmers to resume cultivation. His leadership is currently defined by crisis management and calls for state support to stabilize the region.
