Stephen Gyang Pwajok

Hon. Stephen Gyang Pwajok is the Executive Chairman of Barkin Ladi Local Government Area in Plateau State, representing the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). His administration focuses on promoting peace, supporting vulnerable populations affected by violence, and enhancing cooperation with healthcare partners and traditional institutions. During his tenure the council has supported the establishment of a trauma healing centre for conflict victims and engaged diverse stakeholders to address security challenges and build community resilience.
