Markus Useini Nyam

Hon. Markus Useini Nyam is the Executive Chairman of Jos East Local Government Area in Plateau State, representing the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). His administration has focused on community development, infrastructure partnerships, and improving rural access by supporting state- and donor-backed road rehabilitation programmes. Nyam has publicly commended state government efforts to secure World Bank and other donor support for critical projects and has pledged continued collaboration with stakeholders to improve living standards in Jos East.
