Hissa Akinwale

Hon. Hissa Akinwale is the Executive Chairman of Egbedore Local Government Area in Osun State, serving under the All Progressives Congress (APC). As chairman, he leads the third tier of government in Egbedore, responsible for local administration, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, and grassroots development. In late 2025, he presented the council’s proposed N6.2 billion 2026 budget to the legislative arm, emphasizing key priorities such as infrastructure, potable water, healthcare, education, youth empowerment, and revenue enhancement.
