Hassan Abdu Labaki

Hassan Abdu Labaki is the Executive Chairman of Shani LGA in Borno State. Under his leadership, the council has been active in distributing relief (such as Ramadan palliatives), supporting agricultural development via input distribution, and expressing support for farmers’ interests and broader state-government initiatives.
