Garba Hungu

Garba Hungu is the Chairman of Albasu Local Government Area in Kano State, serving under the political banner of the All Progressives Congress (APC). A grassroots leader with deep ties to his community, he is involved in local governance, rural development, and citizens’ mobilisation across Albasu. His tenure has been shaped by efforts to improve community welfare, strengthen local administrative structures, and support agricultural and youth-focused initiatives that are central to the socio-economic life of the area.
