He developed the AkwaGIS land management system, worked as a consultant to national security institutions, and lectured internationally before joining state government. Appointed Commissioner in 2023, his mandate is to drive digital transformation and position Akwa Ibom as a leader in e-governance under Governor Umo Eno’s ARISE agenda.
