Engr Francis Ori

Engr Francis Ori is the Commissioner for Housing & Urban Development in Ebonyi State. He is responsible for providing housing solutions, regulating urban development, and overseeing construction projects for social housing and vulnerable groups. Under his watch, built homes for indigent widows across all 13 LGAs were delivered. He has also been involved in controversies: suspended for alleged misconduct, and later reinstated, illustrating the political and administrative pressures in his portfolio.
