Engr. Bawu Musami

Engr. Bawu Musami serves as Borno State’s Commissioner for Agriculture and Natural Resources. He has led efforts to support farmers—particularly women and youth—through access to inputs, irrigation, and training. In February 2025, he visited the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA), reflecting his engagement with agricultural research and development. He also played a role in the state’s Agricultural Transformation Committee and recently helped launch fertilizer subsidies benefiting over 12,000 farmers across Baga and Monguno.
