Emmanuel Tupele-Ebi Diffa

Emmanuel Tupele-Ebi Diffa is a Nigerian politician who represented Bayelsa West Senatorial District in the Senate from 1999 to 2003 under the Alliance for Democracy (AD). As one of Bayelsa’s early federal lawmakers after the state’s creation in 1996, he played a formative role in articulating the interests of his district in Abuja. Though less publicly prominent than some of his contemporaries, his tenure reflected the political diversity of Nigeria’s Fourth Republic, with AD briefly holding influence outside its southwestern strongholds.
